The shipping cost for your order is determined by the item, its size, and its condition. Due to the varying nature of our pieces, shipping costs are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Once your order is placed, we will evaluate these factors and provide a final shipping quote.

Shipping via White Glove Delivery Service
Medium to Large Items.
Quotes will be provided on enquiry.
For medium to large item international deliveries, we will contact you to confirm the delivery cost and amend the order accordingly. Shipping may incur additional charges, such as import duties, which the customer is liable, so we therefore advise all international customers to get in touch with their local authorities in relation to import duties.
Albion Nord Our Shop cannot take responsibility for any damages and or breakages during delivery. We will wrap and protect all items to the best of our ability, should any damages occur in transit, please contact the delivery provider quoting your tracking number. Returns
Please contact us quoting your invoice number, no later than 14 days from the date you receive your purchase, stating that you will return the item including the original packaging. Provided the item is in saleable condition, we will refund or credit the amount against a future purchase.
This does not affect cancellations or your statutory rights.
Please note that Made by Albion Nord furniture & lighting, special orders, items that have been assembled or made-to-order items, can only be returned or exchanged if faulty.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and will remain responsible for any, and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.
Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.
Credit can be used against your next order, both online and with telephone orders.

Cancellations
You are entitled to cancel your order if you wish, providing you act within 2 working days of placing your order with us.

If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our returns information.
Please note your right to return products does not apply on made-to-order items, those made to your specifications including bespoke furniture items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For furniture and lighting items that are bespoke, and, in the event that having placed an order you wish to cancel it, if this is outside a 7-day period we will unfortunately have to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the order. This applies to cancellation of orders prior to delivery. If your order has already been delivered, unfortunately we do not offer a cancellation service.
